At & t porušenie zmluvy
Na účely tohto zákona je porušenie zmluvy podstatné, ak strana porušujúca zmluvu vedela v čase uzavretia zmluvy alebo v tomto čase bolo rozumné predvídať s prihliadnutím na účel zmluvy, ktorý vyplynul z jej obsahu alebo z okolností, za ktorých bola zmluva uzavretá, že druhá strana nebude mať záujem na plnení povinností pri takom porušení zmluvy.
